Diane Bondareff is an experienced news, event, portrait and wedding photographer based in New York City. She began her career as an assistant photographer at New York City Hall, soon becoming Official Photographer to Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani. Upon leaving city government in 2000, Diane became a regular freelance contributor to The Associated Press, The New York Times, Newsday, Bloomberg News and Toronto Star. She covered breaking news, made portraits of newsmakers and celebrities and photographed the spectrum of entertainment, media and corporate events. Diane currently freelances for AP Images by the Associated Press and many public relations firms and private clients. She is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University.
